Evaluation of the value of using simple elastic abdominal binder during colonoscopy

Background: Colonoscopy is a well-established endoscopic procedure widely used for screening, diagnosis, and treatment. the examination of large bowel distal part small bowel, using some techniques that allow more frequent cecal intubation, quicker time to cecum, or less pain. One obstacle must be overcome during this looping colonoscope shaft. Objective: The aim work evaluate use simple elastic abdominal binder colonoscopy its outcome on ease, safety, duration success procedure.Successful means demonstration ileocecal valve (cecal intubation).Duration in minutes since insertion tip shaft through anus till reaching valve. Patients methods: This study was carried out 120 patients undergoing elective ( period from April 2018 toAugust 2019) who were enrolled Hepatology,Gastroenterology& Tropical Medicine department Al Azhar University Hospitals (El-Hussein BAB El-Shaarea).
